Changing or Canceling Orders


Unfortunately, our warehouse processes orders so quickly that we can't change or cancel an order once it's been placed. On the bright side, we regularly deliver your orders faster than expected. If there's a problem with your order, please contact Customer Service, at, info@ysparkusa.com Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm PST.




Sometimes we offer merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our warehouse, or that has sold out and is being restocked. As a convenience, you can still order the backordered items, and we'll ship them to you as soon as we can.


If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and backordered items, we will ship your entire order once the backordered items come back into stock.


30 Day Return for Refund Policy

Y.S. Park wants you to love your hair products. We will gladly refund your order within 30 days of receipt.


For sanitary health concerns, we only accept the return for refund of any product that are sealed / unopened in their original shipping packaging.

How to Return:

Y.S. Park returns will not be accepted unless the original shipping box is not tampered.


You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as ysparkusa.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. Send your package to:

Once we receive your return package, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Up to 15% restocking fee may be applied.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders received later than 30 days from purchase.
