IT IS IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU'RE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCTS!

We accept returns up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Used hair brushes, combs, pins, and clips are not eligible for returns due to health and sanitation reasons. To return an item, please contact our customer service department and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number before physically returning the merchandise to us. We will refund the purchase price less the shipping cost which is built into the price of the items you buy. Items that qualify for free shipping will be charged $4.99 when returned. Shipping costs and fees are non-refundable.

When returning items, they must be placed inside of the original box the product was in, then inside a separate shipping box. Do not write on the product box, tape it closed, or use it as a shipping box. Returns will not be accepted unless all the items and box are undamaged. Up to 20% restocking fee will be applied to all used, incomplete, and damaged items.

To send a product back to us, please enclose the invoice included with your original package. We recommend shipping your package through a traceable shipping method like U.S. Postal Service, Federal Express, or UPS, all of whom offer delivery confirmation services. To help expedite the return and refund process, we kindly ask that you email us the tracking number along with the RMA number provided to you upon notifying us of your intent to return the product to us.

Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-3 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order.
